On a cool and cloudy Tuesday afternoon at Sandy Pines Golf Club, the Wheeler boys' golf team finally came out on the right side of a tight match, edging DeMotte Christian 182-186 and moving their record to 11-5 on the season. The Bearcats were paced by matching 43's from Juniors Mark Gillen and Jake Robinson, followed closely by Sophomore Sean Schafer's 44. The boys close out the regular season this Friday at home at Indian Ridge with a rescheduled match against South Central before preparing for next week's Sectional.
