The Wheeler Bearcats boys basketball team lost a hard fought game @ Calumet Friday night 54-46. Marek Barton led Bearcat scorers with 11 points. Carter Blane led the team in rebounds with 9. Caleb McLaughlin and Marek Barton tied for the team lead in assists with 3 each. The Bearcats record now stands at 9-4 overall and 2-3 in the Greater South Shore Conference. They return home for their next game to host the Hebron Hawks, on Wednesday 1/29.
