Last night the Varsity Bearcats fell to Whiting 58 to 37. The team mounted a third quarter comeback cutting their deficit to 8 points going into the 4th quarter but could not complete the effort in the final frame. Wheeler was led in scoring by Brady Rife's 13 points. The JV Bearcats won an OT thriller and were led in scoring by Nick Scott with 25 points. Both teams are back in action tonight at home vs the DeMotte Christian Knights. JV tips at 5:30pm Varsity to follow.
