Wheeler Athletics

The Wheeler Boys Basketball team lost their game at Lowell Tuesday night 54-19. The Bearcats were led in scoring by Nick Scott with 6 points. The teams record now stands at 1-1 on the young season. The JV Bearcats pulled out a win over the Red Devils JV 36-29. JJ Blevins led the JV with 13 points, and the team improved to 2-0 on the season. The JV Bearcats will play Thursday at home vs the River Forest Ingots, and the Varsity will travel to River Forest Friday night. Both games will be there first Greater South Shore Conference Games of the season for the Bearcats.
