On Tuesday October 18th , the UTMS football team defeated the Lake Ridge Warriors 36 – 6. The Bearcats finished their outstanding season with a 7 – 1 record. The offense was led by Koltin Kingery with 4 touchdown runs, Cash Kostbade with 2 extra points, Dylan Gore, Cash Micciche, Jack Gaetz, Xander Bowden, Ethan Scott, Adam Koszyk, Matt Bizzieri, Tristan Hood, Max Serafin and Erik Diaz. The dominating defense which forced 2 safeties was led by Conner Welch, Anthony Huron, Levi Murray, Austin Nugent with a forced fumble, Noah Udzielak who recovered that fumble for a touchdown, Keegan Catone, Logan Fox, Blake Laba, Christian Johnson, Noah Helmer, Logan Hunt, Ayden McClellan, Tyler Walters, Cole Spencer, Andrew Bizzieri, Riley Luedtke, Jack Enright, Luke Pohlmeyer and Landon Franz. Coach Hogan, Coach Peters, Coach Kovats and the entire Bearcat team would like to thank the parents, cheerleaders, fans and the administration for all their support throughout the season. I would also like to send a special thank you to Christie Kostbade for taking all the pictures, organizing the meals for our away games and being the best team Mom in history.
