Wheeler Athletics

On a gorgeous Saturday at Curtis Creek Golf Course in Renssalaer, the boys' golf team competed in the Dr. E. R. Beaver Invitational Golf Tournament. The team finished in the bottom third of the final standings, but there were some highlights. Chief among these was sophomore Jake Robinson (pictured) carding his first-ever eagle (2 under par) on the par-5 12th hole. This young team continues to compete as they learn the ropes of high school golf tournament action.
