On Friday at Valparaiso Country Club, the WHS Girls' Golf team concluded their season, finishing in 6th place at the Valparaiso Sectional. The big news, however, was junior Kendyl Chevalier (pictured) becoming the first female WHS golfer to advance to the Regional level, taking the first individual qualifier spot with a 110. Kendyl will tee it up next Saturday morning at 8:20 at Sandy Pines Golf Course in DeMotte. Best of luck, Kendyl!
