The Bearcats received the opening kickoff, and the game started with a bang as Cash Micciche broke loose for a 75-yard touchdown, immediately electrifying the stadium. Offensively, Levi Murray showed up and showed out, scoring four touchdowns in the first half alone. Freshman Kaden Catone also made his Varsity debut and made an immediate impact, finding the end zone twice and helping build momentum for the Bearcats. The first half was a statement as the Bearcats put up 42 points. The offensive line deserves plenty of credit for its performance, playing a crucial role in creating opportunities and paving the way for the Bearcats' touchdowns. Defensively, Connor Welch and Erik Diaz had impressive games, racking up a strong number of tackles while making their presence felt in pass coverage. The Bearcat defense was locked in throughout the game and consistently made its presence known. When the final whistle blew, the Bearcats came away with a dominant 49-16 victory.
