On Tuesday afternoon at River Pointe Country Club, the WHS boys' golf team finished in a tie for 3rd place (at 1 under par) at the annual Brickie Scramble. Due to the best-ball scramble format, the team had potential birdie putts on 8 of the 9 holes, but most of those attempts were from long range, and we just couldn't get them to fall. Next up for the Bearcats is the Marquette Invitational on Saturday at Michigan City Municipal Golf Course.
