Wheeler Athletics

This afternoon at Indian Ridge Country Club, the Wheeler High School boys' golf team moved their record to 5-1 with a resounding victory over Calumet, Griffith and host River Forest. The Bearcats were paced by co-medalists junior Sean Schafer and senior Jake Robinson, who shot matching 42's. The team gets back into action on Saturday at Elbel Golf Course in South Bend on Saturday at the New Prairie Invitational.
