The Wheeler Boys Soccer Team won a home conference match against Marquette High School. Wheeler tallied 8 goals to Marquette's 2. Connor Lawson and Tommy Emery scored two goals each. Blake Handley, Jacob Franczek (penalty kick), Harper Schaberg, and Louay Zeitoun each scored a goal. Assists came from Cooper Burton (2), Harper Schaberg (2), and Logan Rouhselang. Spencer Schaberg had 4 saves, and Caleb McLaughlin had 2. Wheeler hosts Griffith on Thursday, September 7, at 7 p.m.
